Seasonal Tenant Handbook
a Handy Guide For your Stay at one of our Seasonal rental Properties
Check in is at 11:00 AM
During Check in, we will do an initial walk-through and note the current condition of the property as basis of comparison to the final walk-through during check out.
Tenant will receive a pair of keys to the property and Community Gate and Amenity Key Cards if applicable. These are to be returned at the end of the rental term.
During your Stay
Tenants are responsible for keeping the property clean during their stay.
Properties are stocked with basic necessities (Plates, Bowls, Utensils, Cups, Towels.)
Tenants are responsible for their own toiletries.
Damages must be reported immediately by calling (239) 438-1102.

Food with a shelf life of less then a week must be disposed of.
Garbage must be collected and placed in garbage bins. If applicable, taken out to the curb upon departure.
Towels and Bed Sheets must be neatly placed in the Laundry Room (If applicable).
Used Dishes, Bowls, Cups, and Utensils must be placed in Dishwasher and set to wash.
