Here are some properties I picked out for you. If a 2-Bedroom is acceptable, I feel "Horse Creek Drive" would be a great value... however, it does not come with a slip. You'd have to buy one separately, but it should definitely come in within your budget and the HOA fees here are very reasonable. "Blue Point" is also a very nice option near Downtown Naples in the Royal Harbor area (Direct Gulf Access through Gordon Pass).
