As I had mentioned, my team has been sending letters to the communities you are interested in and we finally received a response from an owner in The Shores. This second floor (sought after end-unit) faces the Gulf and the Courtyard... the interior is not updated but looks like it has been well maintained. The current owners currently have a $50,000 non-refundable deposit with a local builder that would transfer over to you. Their intentions were to completely remodel the unit... however, I do not imagine you'd have to do the same. Perhaps you rather use the $50,000 to remodel the kitchen or some other area of the unit that you prefer. Please review the images below and let me know what you think...
