Dream to Own is a conventional home loan program that does not require mortgage insurance and allows down payment and closing costs assistance in the form of an interest only 2nd lien up to 4% of the lessor of the sales price or appraised value with a 30-year term.**  

 

Dream to own applies to:

  • First-time Home Buyers
  • Repeat Home Buyers
  • 1-unit primary residences only
  • Eligible borrowers must have a minimum credit score of 700 and meet certain income limits
