This morning I snuck into the new LaMorada Model Home... The Bougainvillea. And my goodness is it pretty! Keep in mind it's about 95% done BUT, I wanted you guys to see it first. :)

The Bougainvillea Model is in the "Estate Homes" section of the community which means the homes are situated on larger lots. These lots offer a nice wide space in between the homes and also a very deep driveway, that can easily accomodate about 10+ Vehicles.

The Home itself offers 3 Bedrooms plus a Den (or "Flex" Room that can also be a 4th Bedroom), 3 Bathrooms, one of which is accessible from the Pool/Lanai area, 3 Car Garage, Large Lanai Area with optional Outdoor Kitchen, and an Open Split Floor-plan.

Finishes in the Model Home are Obviously upgraded to the max...…
